Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for our Essentials plan. During the trial period:

  • No credit card is required to start
  • You have full access to all features
  • You can cancel at any time without charge
  • Subscription Cancellation

    Monthly Subscriptions

  • You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial months
  • Annual Subscriptions

  • Annual subscriptions may be canceled at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual term
  • No prorated refunds for the remaining term
  • Refund Eligibility

    New Customers

    If you are a new customer and are dissatisfied with our services within the first 30 days:

  • Contact our support team to request a refund
  • Explain the reason for your dissatisfaction
  • Refunds are issued at our discretion
  • Setup fees and add-on services are non-refundable
  • Existing Customers

    For customers beyond the first 30 days:

  • No refunds for subscription fees
  • Unused features or services are not refundable
  • Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
  • Exceptions

    We may make exceptions in the following circumstances:

  • Service outages exceeding 24 hours
  • Documented platform errors affecting your business
  • Billing errors on our part
  • Other circumstances at our discretion

    Branded Mobile App

  • Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun
  • Monthly fees follow standard subscription cancellation terms
  • Virtual Classroom

  • Setup fees are non-refundable
  • Usage-based charges are non-refundable

  • One-time fees are non-refundable
  • Monthly add-on fees follow standard cancellation terms
